QB support team has been very easy and friendly to work with as I have had many questions that I need help with from them They have been able to identify my problems and offer solutions.
At 1st I used the app exclusively but now only launch QB through my web browser.

Adobe products are all cloud based as is QB I am still uneasy about that as our business is located in a fairly remote rural area and internet service although normally reliable is less so that in a major metro area.

If you start from day one using QB in your business it should be great.
If you are going to transition from another accounting program to QB I would expect to experience some pain in the transition.
